New Policy: Members and administrators who forget their password or need to establish a new one are now emailed a link to a secure password reset page rather than receiving their existing password in clear text within the email itself. The new method is much more secure.
 
NOTE: Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can enter information for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old and you wish to register, you will need to have a parent or guardian fill in the following forms.

All registered players must have current US Lacrosse Membership-Please make sure your US Lacrosse membership is current and updated before you register for a SJS Lacrosse Program.
