Welcome! The goal of South Jersey Select Lacrosse is to offer student athletes throughout Southern New Jersey the opportunity to improve their skills, awareness, and athleticism. This will be accomplished thru clinics, camps, and fall/summer showcase tournaments. We are committed to improving each athlete’s level of play by bringing the best players together and enlisting the services of the areas’ best coaches and current collegiate stars. We are dedicated to teaching skills and fostering the player’s understanding of game strategies while having fun in a very competitive environment.

Join us for a one night goalie clinic hosted by SJS Goalie Coaches Bridget Bianco and Julia Charest! Taking place July 30th from 6-8:30 at Moorestown HS, don't miss the chance to receive high quality small group instruction from these collegiate All-Americans. Missed our tryout date? Want a chance to be reevaluated? Want to up your game? There’s still a chance to join South Jersey Select! Our Second Wave Tryouts for the 2031-2033/34 teams will take place July 15th. Check-in starts at 5:30 and tryout will follow from 6-8. We hope to see you there!

All tryouts will take place at Moorestown HS Bridgeboro Fields. Cost to register is $50 up until a week prior to tryout date. A $25 late fee will be assessed for any registrations within one week of the tryout date. 

If selected for a team, you are committing to the following seasons:
2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031 - Fall 2024 and Summer 2025
2032, 2033/34- Summer 2025

Tryout Dates are as follow:

June 25th: 2031, 2032, 2033/34

June 26th: 2026, 2027, 2028

July 15th: 2029, 2030
